SureCombo privacy notice

Information we process

When you choose to create an account, we process your profile name, email address, password through our authentication provider, and an account identifier. Email sign-in is currently enabled; phone and Google sign-in are not enabled. You can browse football outlooks without an account.

Our service and infrastructure providers process request and authentication logs, including IP addresses, approximate country or city inferred from network addresses, browser or device information, request paths, timestamps, response status, and sign-in events, to deliver and protect the service and diagnose errors. We do not request precise device location or use advertising identifiers.

Your saved picks, favourites, and age-notice preference are stored in your browser or app browser on your device. These saved lists are not uploaded to an account database. Authentication sessions are also stored on your device so that you can stay signed in.

Membership purchases are currently paused. If you have an existing membership, we process its status and payment-provider customer and subscription identifiers to manage access and cancellations. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by SureCombo.

How we use information

We use account information to create and manage accounts and provide account features. We use technical and authentication logs to deliver the app, prevent fraud and abuse, secure accounts, and diagnose service problems. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers and disclosures

Supabase provides account authentication, database hosting, and backend services. Our Sites hosting infrastructure serves the website and processes technical requests. Stripe processes existing membership payments and subscription management. These providers process information necessary to perform their services. Sportmonks supplies football fixture and analysis data; SureCombo does not send it your profile, saved picks, or favourites. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of the service.

Security and retention

Connections to SureCombo and its account services use HTTPS encryption in transit. We restrict database access so that signed-in users can access their own account records. Account records are retained while your account exists. Technical and security logs, backups, and payment-provider records may be retained under the applicable provider's retention practices and legal requirements; they are not all removed immediately when an account is deleted.

Your choices and deletion

You can sign out or delete your account from Account settings. Account deletion removes your authentication account, profile, and associated SureCombo subscription record and cancels any active subscription. See the account deletion instructions, or contact the privacy email above if you cannot sign in. Payment-provider records may remain where required for financial, legal, or security purposes. Public football statistics and anonymized prediction results do not identify you.

To remove device-local picks and favourites, clear the app or browser's site data. Signing out alone does not erase these device-local lists.

SureCombo is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
