Delete your SureCombo account

SureCombo is provided by Joeul. You can permanently delete your account and associated profile data directly inside SureCombo, or request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open SureCombo and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Delete account and data and confirm.

Request deletion without opening the app

Email joeulllc@gmail.com from your account email address with the subject SureCombo account deletion. State that you want your SureCombo account and associated data deleted. We may verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not include your password.

What is deleted or retained

Your SureCombo authentication account, profile, and associated SureCombo subscription record are deleted, and any active subscription is cancelled. This deletion is permanent. Payment-provider records, technical and security logs, and backups may remain under the providers' retention practices and applicable legal requirements. These records are not all removed immediately. Public football statistics and anonymized prediction results do not identify you and may be retained.

Picks and favourites are saved locally on your device. Clear the app or browser's site data to remove these lists. Signing out alone does not erase them.
